We want you to be happy with Mane Mirror. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Mane Mirror orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or
  • Contact us through the support channel inside the app and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days we generally do not offer refunds for past billing periods. If you cancel a subscription, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for and will not be charged again.
