1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of the Mane Mirror service ("Service"), operated by Mane Mirror ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, uploading content, or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
3. The Service
Mane Mirror is an AI-powered hairstyle try-on tool for stylists and their clients. AI previews are approximations and final salon results may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
- upload images of people without their consent;
- generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or circumvent technical or security measures;
- resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs in bulk.
You are responsible for the images and prompts you submit, for verifying outputs are appropriate for your use, and for having all rights necessary to the inputs you provide.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, models, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in the content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and act on legitimate takedown requests.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable-use rules. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
